Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP is an on-demand service platform connecting users with verified professionals for a variety of home and business services including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, appliance repair, and personal care.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activities using our services.

5. Service Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the LocalXpert platform (website or app).

  • Service charges, applicable taxes, and payment terms will be displayed prior to confirmation.

  • Payment can be made online via secure payment gateways or in cash as per the service provider’s agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP reserves the right to cancel a booking under special circumstances, including safety concerns or unavailability of service professionals.

7. Service Provider Relationship

  • Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP acts as a facilitator between users and independent service professionals.

  • We do not employ the service providers directly and are not liable for their conduct, performance, or negligence.

  • All service providers are background verified, but users are advised to exercise due diligence.

8. Liability Limitation

Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, service delays, or personal injury.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on our platform are the property of LocalXpert and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any material without our express written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or Localxpert™ Powered by DNEWAY LLP.
